To propose a paper :

  • Unlike a classic scholarly journal or periodical, HRNi wants to build an anthology of the best articles on human rights. Therefore, the articles that you propose may be either new and unpublished, or already published ;
  • Your article's field of interest ratione materiae should have an international dimension ;
  • The proposed contributions should be scientific ;
  • Contributions are accepted in English, French, or Spanish ;
  • Your contribution should be sent to us by e-mail or ordinary mail. It should be saved in either .RTF or .DOC format. In formatting your document we would like to request that you carefully follow the model that can be downloaded by clicking here.
  • We suggest that you use one of the forms below to send your article, as well as your completed registration form ;
  • Once we receive your contribution it will be submitted to our Editorial Board for approval, which is required for the publication of your paper.
  • If your contribution is published on HRNi, you will automatically become a member of our network of specialists. This will permit you to contribute more regularly to HRNi and will put you in contact with the other network specialists ;
  • The contributions published on the HRNi website remain fully the property of their authors. They warrant that the contributions that they propose to HRNi are their own intellectual property.

    Other contributions :

      HRNi is an ambitious project and the field that it deals with is particularly broad. The programme necessitates the participation of a large number of specialists. That is why we would like to encourage you to contribute to the development of the HRNi web site. You can propose to add new material to the site in order to complete one or more of its thematic sections, or let us know about a new human rights website, a recent report, or an important legal case not mentioned on HRNi. Please communicate your ideas by writing to hrni@ulb.ac.be.
